#TransformationTuesday It’s such an amazing feeling to finally be proud of the girl I see back in the mirror. I’ll admit it: when I was 246 pounds I was not living life to the best of my ability. I was lazy. I was complacent. I was not trying to be the best version of me that I could. Making the choice to take control of my health inspired me to want to LIVE! No: you cannot lose 100 pounds by being lazy, but after you make it your lifestyle it becomes a habit. It really wasn’t that hard for me to find time to fit in an hour workout every day when I just decided to prioritize what was important! It wasn’t that hard to change the types of food I was cooking and eating. Try new things! I had never cooked fish before, I had never wanted to try weird vegetables before. I tried squash for the first time at 24 years old and I’m freaking obsessed with it now 😋 I stayed committed and was successful in losing over 100 pounds and it has truly changed me for the better. I’m proud of all the hard work I put in to get here and want you to know if you feel stuck and unhappy that it IS POSSIBLE to change, it is possible to be successful with weight loss, it is possible to be proud of yourself 🙌🏻💕 #weightloss #weightlossmotivation #weightlosstransformation #weightlossjourney #weightlossinspiration #fitfam #fitnessmotivation #fitspo #fitspiration #fitstagram
